Fees
Fees are $230 per session, with sessions running for approximately 50 minutes.
Fees are payable on the day of your appointment by debit or credit card. We are able to process any applicable Medicare rebates on the day if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP. We are unable to bulk bill.
Rebates
You do not need a referral from your doctor to see a clinical psychologist.
However, under the Better Access Scheme, Medicare rebates are available if you are referred by your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician. Your treating practitioner may decide that you are eligible and prepare a Mental Health Care Plan for you. Please bring this with you to your first session. The current rebate for a clinical psychology session is $131.65. Further information on Medicare rebates can be found here.
Some private health funds offer rebates for psychological services. Please check with your health fund to see whether you are eligible for a rebate.
Workers' Compensation and Department of Veterans' Affairs
Larissa is experienced in providing treatment under the Workers Compensation scheme in Western Australia, and is accredited to provide therapy to DVA card-holders with the Department of Human Services.
If you have a claim under either of these schemes, you may be eligible to receive treatment with low, or no out-of-pocket expenses. Please get in touch to discuss your needs further.
